Agree. The alarms have been disabled and we are running in circles still arguing to what degree the risk is. There is risk. The potential is catastrophic, it's the likelihood that is uncertain.
There is no established emergency management process yet either for if and when shit hits the fan. And I doubt people will be able to coordinate themselves fast enough if it does. It's frustrating.

I go around and around on how many will be injured. At this point I am going with 100% have been affected. But maybe only 1 in 30 will end up severely injured. The rest have 1000 different minor issues. Again though, over time? Who knows.
