Wow, that's a bit of a long list. :)

I was already taking a lot of supplements before taking iodine, so I could start taking Lugol's solution practically immediately.

I take these in the form of a multivitamin and separate supplements:

As a multivitamin:

Vitamin D (4000 IU); Vitamin A (4000 IU); Vitamin E (100 IU); Omega-3, fish oil (550-600mg); Vitamin K complex (K1+K2, 1000mcg); Vitamins B1-B2-B5-B6-B7-B9-B12, skin, Vitamin C (2 gr); Zinc (15mg); Inizitol; Iodine (225mcg); Chromium (100mcg); Magnesium (250mg); Molybdenum (100mcg); Copper (1.25mg); Selenium (120 mcg); Silicon (25mg); Taurine (200mg).

I also take these separately:

Q10+MCT oil; Choline; Collagen peptide; Taurine; Omega-3, as fish oil; Glycine; Ashwgandha; Melatonin; Rezveratol; NAC; Turmeric; Astaxanthin; Quercetin; Bromlein; Bilberry extract; Black cumin oil; Lugol's solution

In Hungary, these cost less than a pack of cigarettes a day. :)

Thank you for taking the time to share. New to me is the Bilberry extract. I'll need to research. Best wishes!

Dear Ester! My blueberry extract preparation actually contains 3 ingredients. Blueberry Extract (180mg), Cranberry Extract (180mg) and Black Rice Extract (180mg).

Basically I take it to protect my eyes, but there are so many different effects of these extracts that I'm happy to accept all the "side effects" :)
