Wow! At my pre-natal classes 10 years ago, they showed us a video of a baby with whooping cough. It was a very distressing video. The clear implication being: "why would you want to risk your baby getting this? Get him/her vaccinated!". (I can't remember if they actually said that or not, but likely they did).
