🎯❤️great article , thank you Tess . We used it at a hospital I trained at for years. About 15 years ago , I asked for some while removing a fistula in the operating room . The methylene blue got locked up and the pharmacist asked why I needed it. Never ever been asked why before . I got very suspicious and read about all its natural wonders back then ! Thank you Dr. Tess Lawrie . ❤️

Hi Tess

I ordered some a couple of day ago after reading The Ultimate Guide To Methylene Blue by Mark Sloan. An amazing book and complete eye opener for me.

The MB arrives next week and I can wait to see the results,

Many blessings

I recently ordered and have been taking for over a week. Was hoping for great things...sadly, noticed no difference. So disappointing...since I'd read positive reviews about this 'game changer'! Wish you a better outcome.

I was listening to a series of doctors interviews on breast cancer and one was talking about taking a supplement to ‘feed’ the mitochondria. She said that if someone doesn’t respond positively to it, then they are ‘gummed up’ and blocked and she usually does heavy metal testing.

Expand full comment

Not sure I've the symptoms of gummed up/blocked. Fairly healthy besides Hashimoto's, low mood, insomnia...was anticipating a near miraculous general energy/outlook boost :-)

Was keen to try in light of a substack + raving reviews by Ana Maria Mihalcea...then watched this and ordered some pharmaceutical grade...

If you have Hashimoto’s (I do too), look into LDN or low dose naltrexone. ‘The LDN Book’ on Amazon is an excellent place to start. If your endo or doctor questions your request, give them the book. That’s what I did. There is also an interview with Dr Bernard Bihari which is good. It can also help reverse MS and Lupus and other autoimmune and is anti cancer. Repurposed drug which big pharma hates.

At night at low doses, it triggers your body into making more endorphins, which we theoretically lack. It helps your body use the thyroid hormone better and the main side effect is vivid dreams. Have to have it compounded though (only full strength at normal pharmacies). At Care First Specialty Pharmacy in NJ it’s about $50 for 90 days.

I urge anyone with autoimmune or cancer to look into LDN. Its helped me quite a bit.

Expand full comment

I too tried it without any effects though I heard it means your mitochondria is working well? But take that with a grain of salt, I may be confused. I used for 1-2 weeks. Maybe more vivid dreams? Also started recently after Borax, which is a miracle for me. User -Ask- brings up interesting info.

Shall maybe check the Borax out...read a couple of positive reviews.

All the best :-)

Much of the activity of MB is on a subatomic level within cells and organelles where electrons freely exchange. Think of it as a ramped up Vitamin C, a powerful antioxidant and promoter of autophagy - an active “cleansing” on the cellular level. Combined with clean living, good nutrition and patience, you might change your mind. Check out YouTube, Amazon Books, Search Engines, and Scientific Studies for the amazing quantity/quality of information supporting this article.

I ordered some methylene blue for my mom a couple weeks ago as she came down with the flu, and it was recommended as part of FLCCC's early treatment protocols (https://covid19criticalcare.com/). I have heard it is beneficial for treating vaxx injuries, so you may want to add it to your spike protein detox guide. I also noticed nattokinase isn't on there, and that is highly recommended along with bromelain and curcumin:

I was taking it daily and loved it! However, make sure to note that MB interacts with many prescription and OTC meds. I unfortunately had to stop taking it for that reason.

Thank You 🙏🏾

Important to note that the Spike Support formulation contains just 1/2 the recommended nattokinase and has neither the recommended bromelain nor curcumin.

I went on this and started at a low dose of 3 drops the first 2 days..then upped to 4. My dose was magnified due to my work->for my body to detox. I had encountered black mold : impossible to ever get rid of..my lungs would ache if i did not have enough C and D in my system .

For 4 nights..I coughed up the mold and toxic shedding /chemtrail stuff in my lungs. All miasms cleared from my DNA- an impossibility. Chest burned a bit and brutal headache the first night. I took Pulsitila 200C- one dose and all of that cleared up. Then it worked on my tissues etc. It seems to have it's own intelligence. Then to the pineal gland. This only took place at night interestingly.

Now taking as needed. I am a dowser so I use my body's electrical system to tell me. Be sure you have Vit B3 on hand. It must be B3 and you must have it on hand.

I posted this experience on my website, tied in with other current phenomena:

https://www.gigibelser.com/post/2024-what-a-year-this-will-be-methylene-blue-the-etheric-tide-turbo-cancers-and-a-sleeping-america.

I have also ordered the red light therapy device Mark Sloan suggests as an adjunct to MB...delivers mid Feb.

I will add: having Mark Sloan's book is a must. This is a chemical. My body is used to homeopathy, herbs and vitamins. Just an FYI.

The Vit B3 remark needs to be explained, if you would. The link below it fails to open.

Patty: I am not a doctor. Mark Sloan goes into depth in his book that if one suffers the side effects from too much MB: the antidote in one's system is b3. If you buy the book...you can read all about that there. I had about 4 out of 6/7 side effects on a very, very small dose. My body is exceptionally clean which contributed to that response. I considered ER but dowsed I did not need to go: which was the correct response for me.

I had B3 in Complex B combo's but I concluded the amount was insufficient to assist. So I had it delivered that day by Amazon.

"Link fails to open"..go to www.gigibelser.com. Tool Bar: go to "Blog". Open it. This link is about the 3rd post down.

Thanks

Please listen to this very informative interview between Dr Mercola and a molecular biologist who studies methylene blue. He states a few things that are important to know. One is that methylene blue does not have any contraindication to SSRIs. That study was flawed. Also that mixing methylene blue with vitamin C is imperative to get it to its best state when consuming. I'm on day 10 of 40mg/day with red light (4 of 10 days) ... started using during a multi-day fast and can attest to quickly feeling a substantial internal 'cleansing' (not like vitamin C) that lasted for about 5 days followed by an increased mental clarity and improved general wellbeing. This from a 71 year old who has suffered LC for 2 years now ... this has worked better, faster than all previously trusted published LC recovery protocols so far ... It's recommended to stop for a couple of days after 10 ... this brand comes in a 30 day supply at that dosage ($). I also bought a good quality Red Light Therapy Lamp that I use with it every other day for 15-20 minutes. If the physical and mental improvements continue apace I'll be screaming it in the streets. Why are there still so few people understanding what the Criminocracy have done to us and the even larger more evil plans afoot?

Can you share the red light manufacturer? I assume you’re happy with it!

Expand full comment

Don't forget the sun is always there for you as well. Red Light is always present in sunlight and dominates in the morning and evening. Light therapy is a like a drug with potentially negative side effects from over exposure to only certain frequencies. I find it much simpler to just get out at sunrise and sunset and enjoy the full solar spectrum that is exactly what we are optimised for after millions of years of evolution rather than worry about different manufactors, frequencies, Emf, etc.

Expand full comment

Not much sun in the northern hemisphere in winter.

Expand full comment

Well that depends how far north into the northern hemisphere your located. But I understand the point you are elluding to. However that seasonality is exactly the conditions we evolved under. Seasonal issues arise with the way our modern life gets in the way of our interaction with the natural environment. Such as inside jobs, artificial lighting, perhaps even living at a latitidue that is not consistent with your ancestors.

In the context of red light however, as long as the sun is in the sky, red is present. Rain, hail or shine, cloudy, whether you under a tree in the shade or in direct sunlight, you are absorbing red light. Reduced red light is probably less of a concern in the winter months than a insufficient UV exposure.

Expand full comment

Good to know about red light in cloudy conditions.. cause that is the dominant condition here in winter.. so getting outside is key.. thanks so much!!

Another simple inexpensive compound the rulers would rather us not know about or use. MMS (suggested for treating Covid by Trump who was then obliterated by the media and political foes alike) is a gift from chemistry that just drives the normies crazy but heaven forbid you ever suggest that it might work on killing pathogens within the body even if that’s exactly what it’s good for.

For the last 5-6 years I’ve been taking daily a supplement protocol of Zinc, NAC, Quercetin along with vitamins C and D. And I haven’t been sick in a long time. But when I mention this to my sister’s husband, a Harvard educated, Columbia trained retired physician, he just rolls his eyes and tells me that doesn’t prove anything.

I’ve been using MB for a few months now and am pleased with the results. (Dr Mobeen Syed has some good videos on MB on FLCCC Long Story Short). Definitely can feel a little increase in overall energy and mental clarity after my morning drink. Half life of MB is fairly short so the effects do diminsh through the day.

I use about 12-15mg dose mixed into water. To lessen the staining effect (your tongue and teeth and anything you might spill it on) I mix about 2 gms of powdered ascorbic acid into the drink. The addition of the Vit C powder creates leukomethylene blue. MB is oxidized, the addition of Vit C reduces it (C donates electrons to MB) and as you stir them together you can watch as the liquid goes from opaque deep blue to a translucent lighter blue. Fun morning science project!

Make sure you buy pharma grade MB too.

Thanks Tess. Yes, it's also reported to help cystitis which is so common in especially older women and for which antibiotics are often unnecessarily given. There are a few caveats though. Some lab grade products may be contaminated with heavy metals although apparently not all are. So I think it's a good idea to ask specifically when ordering. Also MB is toxic to the eye. There have been mix ups in the operating theatre where it was handed to the surgeon in place of Trypan Blue. Not that anyone is going to put it in the eye, hopefully. But I think as a general principle it's a good idea to cross check with someone sensible and familiar with the use of that substance (that's probably NOT going to be your GP!!), before putting anything into your body willy-nilly. Hydrogen peroxide is another one being bandied about as a cure all. But anecdotally I have heard of significant side effects at higher concentrations. I felt nauseous even at the lowest concentration so stopped right there, even though a little handbook written on the subject advised to push on through the side effects. These are often brushed off as *detoxing" but one can't be sure of that. Anything can cause an idiosyncratic reaction.
