Other ways to help during flight, for passengers and air crew- they mentioned tube socks, compression socks are what they’re called in the US, highly recommend. Drink lots of water, and get up and move around every hour if you can.

Take iodine before and after the flight. I don't remember the explanation for doing that, maybe flying deplete our thyroid gland but when I started taking iodine, I was less tired after a flight.

Courageous and outspoken veteran pilot Graham Hood (Hoodie) is the voice of common sense in all things aviation in Australia. I’ve so much time for his message of the dangers in vaccinating pilots with the mRNA bioweapon’s. Losing the experienced pilots to resignation and retirement or dishonourable discharge (especially instructors) just like the doctors and nurses, leaving their jobs etc etc harms these professions inexorably for decades, as the knowledge bank is decimated which affects what is passed on and handed down. Thank you for posting that link. It brought tears to thousands of Australians watching it originally (2021 when he resigned and was putting on his Qantas uniform for the last time) because it has been the theme song (minus Hoodie’s creativity) for our national airline carrier Qantas for many years. So poignant.

He is becoming such a great lightning rod for all sorts of great tidbit information along with all the other amazing work he does. I see photos of him being stopped in airports to chat with fans.
It’s a mystery to all of us why these airlines are appearing to self destruct. What have they been promised?
In the UK the government commissioned a report called Absolute Zero, it was discussed in the House of Lords on the 6th February 2020 (linked at the bottom of this comment).
In the report is a table that shows the proposed plan to close down all UK airports by 2029 apart from Heathrow, Glasgow and Belfast. Then between 2030-2049 all remaining airports will be closed.
Airports are just one part of it; you need to check out the table on pages 6-7 to look at what they have in store for us.
Smash-and-grab! My idea is the cabal knows that it is the end for them and instead of surrender peacefully, they destroy everything around. If we cannot have it, nobody will mentality. To stop this, they have to be arrested as soon as possible. They are just few old sick, possessed psychopaths.
The mandating of these jabs for airline staff was coordinated worldwide as the agenda is to destroy the industry as they don't want ordinary people to be able to travel. As the adverse reactions start to take hold more, given the huge % of jabbed pilots there won't be much of an industry in the future as few young are training. Slow boat to anywhere soon and that's dependent on that industry also not being fully jabbed.

We are often low on iodine - there is a Dr David Brownstein in MI that has extensively highlighted this - it affects us in so many ways

This is a good question Kim. I know few pilots who work for NetJets Europe but I don't dare to ask them.

There’s a rumour flying around (pun intended) that Southwest is now trying to schedule one jabbed and one un-jabbed per aircraft.
That's a great rumor, whether true or not!
