I nebulize with straight 3% food grade h2o2. I do not cut it. After about 15 minutes it makes me feel a little like I need my inhaler and that passes after approximately a minute. At the end My breathing feels really really clear.
Yes I use distilled water but I drink my tea and coffee with distilled water also. I don't trust tap water. If you don't have access to distilled water, use filtered water. Take only few drops at the beginning and see how you feel. I never tried more than +- 1/4 of tsp.
Regarding the coconut oil, I take mostly every day 1 tbsp of organic Coconut Oil. I had sea salt on it for better taste or honey. We need salt. It is very good spread on toast by the way.

Hello Ginger, you can ask for it from a compounding pharmacy, it is free of additives, and very cheap. I get it for me and my patients, here in Athens it goes usually at 10 euros per liter or even less, for 3% HP.
However, if you ask for 10%, you may run into trouble, as it needs special bottling and handling.
compounding pharmacies are pharmacies that have a registered lab in their premises and usually they sell awhole range of their own creams and salves, and very often they also make homeopathic remedies, tinctures etc.
