I can attest to the results that can manifest from from being open to hearing what John Sarno has to say. My understanding is that the deep psychological scaring and pain that we all suffer from begins to rise in our conscience, we distract ourselves from fully facing these painful issues with physical pain. My wife and I have an old paperback copy of Sarno's book, The Mindbody Presscription. Mindbody, one word. Just reading the introduction can produce results. And once in a while we do read it. Our accountant told my wife and I during an annual financial examination about his sister who had been suffering from some terrible stomach ailment. We mentioned this book to him and wouldn't you know... the next time we saw him many many months later he said... "You remember that book you mentioned? I bought a copy and gave it my sister. You're not going to believe this and I don't quite believe it myself but she read it and all her symptoms and pain just disappeared." That's a true story.
This was simply phenomenal! I’m thinking of so many of my family and friends who felt totally fine, went for one check up or another, were told bad news and immediately started taking medication, getting surgery or whatever else to fix the heretofore unknown problem. Thank you so much, such an inspiration!

I know I have lots of anger/rage inside me - especially now after all the abuse of power with covid. On the up side, the trigger has informed me that the rage is linked to past trauma. On the downside, despite my best efforts (for decades) I have yet to find the main root of the problem and yank it out of me. That is why I started my substack. I know I've healed small wounds, and maybe my sharing will help others who have experienced similar wounds to heal theirs using similar paths. Who knows? Maybe after reading Dr. Sarno's book I will heal once and for all and that will be because you shared this path to healing!
David Martin outlines this on his YouTube video. His message deserves amplification. I think Baric and his cohorts were clueless about how dangerous making a virus more infectious and more lethal was and is.
