The often undiagnosed condition that makes people vulnerable to spike protein damage, and what you can do about it. Plus, don’t miss our Q&A next Friday!
I’m throwing the kitchen sink at my vac iniury and doing multiple protocols with lots of functional medicine added in the mix. I am pretty sure I have MCAS. Leave it to me to be “special”
I was diagnosed with MCAS ten years ago. It’s quite manageable once you realize what’s going on. When COVID hit and the vax became available I already knew I’d never take it. I can’t tolerate any vaccines. And this one was certainly had a giant red flag.
I’d also be interested to know if people with the MTHFR mutation are more vulnerable to spike damage?

Long Covid is a condition characterized by myriad sequelae reflecting its effect on multiple body systems — cardiovascular, neurological, pulmonary, gastrointestinal, musculoskeletal, endocrine, autonomic nervous system, and more. This type of syndrome is not unknown in the wake of viruses, however, Long Covid is unique in some regards and also shares specific sequelae, such as clotting disorders, in common with those injured with mRNA shots. The body doesn’t seem to differentiate between spike protein delivered into the body via shot vs virus.
Long Covid — an entirely different condition from whatever after-effect are suffered from those who develop Covid pneumonia — characteristically arrives on the heels of a mild or moderate infection. Here, it bears mention that these same sequelae were observed in people in the wake of SARS infections in 2003, some of whom never fully recovered.
While age and certain comorbidities increase the odds of death from acute Covid infection, there doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to who develops Long Covid — a condition that commonly affects healthy, active people in the 20-60 age range. I’ve seen scads of formerly high-functioning, athletic people who were accustomed to daily running, cycling, workouts, etc. reduced to spending months-on-end on couch or bed, with damages ranging from pulmonary or vascular disease, autonomic disorders, activation of mast cell disorders, new onset diabetes, chronic diarrhea and/or incontinence, new onset food allergies and intolerances, myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome, cognitive disorders, Alzheimer’s type syndromes, and so on.
Those who dismiss Long Covid as the latest imaginary affliction of malingers are not so different from the doctors who have been gaslighting these people for the past 2+ years with diagnoses of anxiety and depression. For those dealing with Long Covid — some into their 3rd year of it — it’s helpful to know that there are some doctors trying to understand the mechanism of Long Covid and, from there, how to help these patients return to health. Despite whatever myths exist about malingerers, most people would rather feel wellness and live a healthy, productive life.
You have described my health ten years ago. I stopped all pain meds for migraines and worked out what my food sensitivities and triggers where for IBS and chronic fatigue, and what supplements help. So I was already taking most of the supplements that helped prevent COVID, help long COVID which sounded like MCAS or histamine intolerance.
Hopefully those with long COVID or vax damage will end up recovering and become healthier with the help of doctors like Tess Lawrie
Those who dismiss long covid aren't gaslighting anyone. They simply ask for proof that it's real. Suddenly if you challenge anything covid related you're gaslighting.
Mike, I think part of the problem is that people think that this thing called “Long Covid” is a singular diagnosis. It’s not. It’s a constellation of conditions left in the wake of the Covid infection, much like the constellation of conditions left in the wake of the vaccine — any one of which could be diagnosed, were a doctor so inclined.
When we see these studies coming out where the medical establishment is supposedly studying Long Covid, they persistently ignore the actual sequelae and focus on things like loss of smell, fatigue, and anxiety. As if this is what all the hullabaloo is about. You will never see them discussing the low pulse ox and the difficulty in breathing for months on end with people who never got pneumonia and whose lungs are perfectly clear in imaging. They don’t talk about new onset heart damage., vascular disease, clotting disorders, and the increased stroke risk among people with Long Covid. They don’t talk the increased rates of cancer. They don’t talk about dysautonomia, which affects everything from heart rate to digestion to breathing and more. They don’t discuss mast cell activation syndrome and new onset food allergies/intolerances. They reduce the epidemic of people who are developing Alzheimer’s type conditions to “memory problems.” Long Covid is just a term that someone along the way started using to describe this tremendous laundry list of conditions.
I remember in January-February 2021, the Long Covid groups were first trickled, then flooded with people who’d gotten the vaccine and developed symptoms almost identical to what the Long Covid sufferers were describing. The Long Covid people were like, “Bug off. You don’t have Long Covid.”
I was initially skeptical (and kind of irked, anyway, at anyone who’d rushed out to get an experimental vaccine), but I was also intrigued to learn more, because I’d been listening to what some doctors had been saying in the fall of 2020 about these upcoming “vaccines.” Again, the spike protein seems to be at least one culprit and common denominator in these two conditions — vaccine injury and Long Covid —which are, in many aspect, indistinguishable from one another. Food for thought.
Your claim that you're not gaslighting anyone is inconsistent with your initial comment (i.e., "You lost me long me at loooooong Covid. Your profession has lost all credibility."). Certainly, nothing about that first comment suggests you're simply "ask[ing] for proof," and that initial comment, coupled with the fact that you bragged on your own substack about having posted that initial comment here, makes your later suggestion that you're simply "challeng[ing]" the idea that long Covid exists seem disingenuous. I don't know whether you're a troll as one commenter suggests, but your comments do seem to lack honesty.
And now I’m dishonest. You obviously have never read a single article I’ve posted. Thus far about 20+ Dr. Lawrie subscribers defend Dr. Lawrie”s position. She won’t reply. While I enjoy the dialogue and appreciate everyone commenting my main point nobody is addressing. Her profession has lost all credibility. Thanks for your comment.
I did. My inbox is a bit of a mess and I think you can understand that. I miss things. Even now Greg has kindly provided a link this morning at 4am that I read while still in bed and now I can't seem to find it. I will search around and do what I said I would do on my post and that is I will attach your reply should you reply to my comment. This should prove to your subscribers who call me a troll that I am not one. Maybe it will, probably won't.
Let me also say, I read numerous posts of yours as a subscriber, and I've liked them and even wrote supportive comments. You must have seen them and no this is true. I bet I can find them. This should also prove that I am not a troll. If you've read any of my articles on Dr. Profitoffagenocide you will understand my position here. In one of my posted articles I finish it begging you doctors to find a way to get this shit out of our family and friends bodies so we don't have to attend their funerals. What I am looking for in you doctors is some emotion, so rage, some outrage and I ain't seeing it with the exception of a few, Dr. Buchti, (misspelled) and Dr. Vernon Coleman. He once cried on a posted video. I believe his tears were real. Let me also add in Dr. Zelenko. Too bad we lost him.
I've been very cordial with your subscribers and like their comments even if they call me a liar, a troll, and other things. They took the time to respond. I appreciate that. It opens an avenue for dialogue. It wasn't my intention to debate the topic in your comment section, but it kind of morphed into it and I welcomed it. I did attempt to send you a direct comment via your email address off your original post but that failed just to let you know.
I think the topic of profiting off this genocide is a discussion that needs to happen and nobody seems to want it to happen, except me. I use to get paid for writing. I haven't even added an upgrade to paid button on my Substack because it doesn't feel morally right--unethical, and I have a current income of $00.00. I am a very wealthy man, but not in terms of money. I could easily be homeless in a year. Speaking of doctors profiting off this genocide this may be proof that they are indeed financial shenanigans going on with doctor$. A doctor money war happening inside our genocide.
If you have a direct link to your comment please provide it, or if your subscribers could provide it I would appreciate it and I will immediately add it to my post. Thanks, Mike.
Thank you. This was very helpful. As I said in a prior comment, I wanted to know what "long 'COV!D'" was since I do not know anyone who had a serious illness from it. Two family members got sick and were off their feet for a few days, but both said it felt like a flu and both appear to be fine. They're both in their early 70s.
I have dismissed the experimental mRNA jab as a vaccine too, and see the Covid1984 disease synonymous with the aforementioned therapy. I am not alone. Hitchens Razor asserts that what is not constructed scientifically cannot demand that one must deconstruct it scientifically, because it never had standing to begin with. I think that the distinction could be important if you're seeking a remedy for what is really ailing you. http://ronpaulinstitute.org/archives/featured-articles/2020/march/16/the-coronavirus-hoax/
I don't understand your comment. Tess Lawrie, like a handful of others in the medical profession, has shown incredible courage in stepping up to fulfil her oath. Are you suggesting she should stop trying to help us all understand and combat the effects of the bioweapons? If you have any better ideas of what we can do I would love to hear them.
Our enemy is a thousand times more insane than the Nazis. Humans are dying in mass and Dr. Lawrie knows this. We don't need her as a writer to tell us how bad the vaccine is, or something that effects 17% or the population. We need her to figure out how to get this shit out of our family and friends bodies. Right now. There are a lot of great writers on Substack who can handle the writing assignments in this war. Dr. Malone boasts he has tens of thousand$ of paid subscribers and he wants more. They need to go back into the lab where they created the Mrna and figure out how to un-create it.
You don’t just get the sh*t out of your body unfortunately. Masses of people were duped into drinking the koolade, many of whom didn’t want to think critically about it. This may sound harsh but how about some personal responsibility and next time we don’t so readily trust corrupt officials dictating to us what to do with our personal autonomy. And i know you’re angry, like we all are, but please stop attacking the good guys.
And you are a liar. If you would have trolled back you would have discovered I’ve been in the war since March 2, 2020. Do your homework before you call someone a troll. Trolls don’t challenge doctors to a debate.
I am sure she is working on cures and she did her best to get the jab stopped by writing to the Health Secretary, Vaccines Minister, the MRHA and Covid inquiry select committee.
I don't give any of these doctors a pass. They knew the shit shot was coming and what did they do to stop it? Ninety five percent of my family and friends took it, some are now regretting that decision. All of them need to be called out aside from their publicized video's or speaking engagements telling us the vaccine is bad. If they'd rather write than be a doctor than write articles telling us what they are doing to save our family and friends. I'll $ubscribe to that. I'd be more than willing to discuss this via video conference with Dr. Lawrie or any other Substack doctor. We could post it on our Substacks. I'm sure I could come up with a few challenging questions for her. I have also asked STEVE KIRSCH if he be willing to do the same. None of them want to. First question--how much money are you making as a new writer on Substack? Follow up--How much did you make as a doctor? I call this profiting off a genocide. I've made attempts to get them to dump their paid subscription and distribute their expertise in our genocide for FREE. Once the war is over and we won, and our enemy is dead they can write a book. I'll buy it.
I have read your various comments here so consider this a response to all of them.
You are angry at the terrible harm done through the mass injection programme, and you have every right to be. However, your ire is levelled at people who share your wish for vaccine damage to be reversed and are doing what they can with the skills and resources that they have. Many scientists and doctors initially resorted to writing and podcasts and interviews because after failing to get governments and regulatory bodies to listen and act, the only avenue they had left was to speak directly to the people, using platforms that did not censor what they had to say.
I really enjoy writing this Substack, and I love the friendly, mutually supportive community here. In answer to your questions about money, we have just over 20k subscribers of which about 660 choose to be paid. 100% of all Substack proceeds go to the non-profit that manages World Council for Health.
If you haven't done so already, please visit worldcouncilforhealth.org to see the work we are doing. Everything on there is free, funded by donations either via this Substack or via World Council for Health directly. This includes practical guides for people to manage their health and well-being, such as the Spike Protein Detox Guide. If any of your friends or family are suffering from the effects of either Covid or vaccine damage, the guide may help. Dr Peers also has some protocols for spike protein detox that she shares in our conversation, out tomorrow. I hope this helps.
Thank you kindly for that response. Are you speaking for all of the doctors writing on Substack that all of them donate all of their profits off Substack to worldcouncilhealth, or just for yourself? Can you answer why they won't even allow a person to read their Substack unless they are a paid subscriber and then there are those who won't allow free subscribers to comment unless they pay? They make no mention that they receive no profit from their new career as a Substack writer. You would think it would be right next to the upgrade to paid button. That's where I would put it. How much is your monthly subscription fee? Mike
Ppl have to have personal accountability. I warned ALL of my family and friends. I don't know one that didn't take it, including my husband. You're fooling yourself into believing we can stop free will. My father in law died from the "Turbo" cancer it gave him. STILL today, the only one that "gets it" is my husband who fully regrets getting it. You cannot believe that certain doctors should carry this weight of millions with free will to do as they please? That's absurd and childish. If you are so willing to stop this, are you going outside of clinics with signs telling people the shot kills? If you are, then bravo but I don't think any of us are. The information was being given by MANY MANY doctors about this shot. It was there for any person to read- the fact that no one wants to give credit to those of us that prefer to live a natural based life is why they took it. How many times I have been verbally attacked and avoided because I didn't take it...countless. Ppl have to have personal accountability. My SIL has been shoving shots into my autistic nephew for years regardless of what I show her. Warning these ppl was a fruitless labor.
If Dr. Malone is really "boasting" he has tens of thousands of PAID subscribers then that's in worse taste than I had given him credit for. Hard to know which side he is on.
On the other hand it strikes me that many who consider themselves to be "on the right side of history" are cashing in on horrors that others are suffering from, often dismally. Whereas even those who accept financial reparation for cruelties and humiliations inflicted on them learn in the end that money does not take away the pain or the memories.
When oh when is it going to dawn on the population at large that this wide-spread deformity aka the Midas touch has brought us to this god-awful pass?
Go to Dr. Malone's Substack. It's at the bottom of his article, "ten's of thousands of paid subscribers." How man is ten's of thousands, 60,000? Multiply his monthly salary then if he's charging $7.00 to $15.00 a month. Why doesn't he go back into the lab and undo what he's done. That would nice. I've written numerous articles on profiting off a genocide and subscribers here call me a $hill$. I even wrote about them too. Thanks for the comment.
As I mentioned in another comment, the body doesn’t seem to differentiate between spike protein that is delivered to the body via injection vs the virus. We do not know the origins of this virus, but a case could be made that it was developed as an agent of biowarfare. The same case could be made for the injections, particularly in light of the “self-spreading vaccines” (do a search for that term + Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security) being developed, which so thoroughly blurs the line between vaccines and biowarfare as to render the distinction between the two non-existent. There might be better hairs to split than the one you are trying to split between the effects of vaccines injury vs. covid injury.
The "vaccine" is NOT a vaccine. This entire situation was based on bioweaponry- and aimed to kill and/or modify as many people as it could-You are correct, it IS a bioweapon! These shots, once taken, do "shed". It's in the Pfizer literature, pages upon thousands of pages of it. Remember how they were forced by the courts to release their information? They fought to hold it until around 2075, I believe? They have been developing these "self spreading vaccines" for years longer than we know. Research those getting sick and having side effects from being around those that have taken the shot- there are plenty!
True enough. But the difference between a hypodermic delivery vs a viral delivery of spike protein into the human body — as evidenced by the thrombotic, cardiovascular, neurological sequelae left in the wake of each over the past 3 years — may not be so huge. And that was my point.
Your primary immune function starts with your sinuses, so even being jabbed with a known virus will be different than introducing that same virus to your sinuses. This is an important distinction. Secondly, the mRNA jab isn't a virus, it's a coded instruction for a DNA replication. Do a search for CRISPR to get a better understanding of what's going on with this so called 'therapy' that is being touted as a cure for a cold virus.
I have long covid. I appreciate anything written on the subject and negative comments such as yours aren't helping. Nearly 20% of the population is effected by this yet you seem to have some demands that resemble a 5 year old screaming "look at me". I once climbed every pyramid in Mexico, earned 2 degrees and had a vibrant life...I am now disabled, allergic to most foods and although I am fortunate to have world class doctors addressing my symptoms we are far from answers. Try to be kinder to 20% of the population that just want to live again.
I understand your frustrations. Although I didn't develop long covid I already had an illness called CFS/ME (chronic fatigue syndrome) and spent most of the last decade unable to live my life to the fullest. The two illnesses appear to be related like cousins. There are small differenences but some strong similarities too.
Like you, I went from hero to zero so to speak. Former special operations army medic. Middleweight boxing champion of the army... Now 20 minutes of Tai chi in the morning is my upper limits. No capacity to eat junk food or drink alcohol. No late nights. Can't even work full time.
I hope you are able to find some small silver linings in time. I have learned less can be more and that there is more to life that the rat race. But I hope more that doctors are able to identify the mechanism causing these syndromes and are soon able to treat them better too.
I agree and that is why I'm trying to get them to stop being writers and be doctors. That is what they are trained for, but they discovered it is far more profitable to write. I call this profiting off a genocide. I'm attempting to get into a discussion with them about this but they don't want to talk about it. Meanwhile my vaccinated friends and family are time bombs.
they don't want to talk about it with because you are wasting everyone's time and you are not understanding that you are wasting everyone's time, no matter how many times or who tried to explain it to you.
they are doctors who practice and study medicine and also write about their work and everybody needs money so they monetize their knowledge. that's how free enterprise works.
you don't understand that ALL that knowledge works its way into the underground of LC and vax injured people. it's pretty much ALL available if you just keep looking for it
instead of browbeating and trolling to get people to change and do what you want, how about you invest all this energy into studying the information that is freely available and work up ways to get out the word to the people who need it ? do it FOR FREE; the world will benefit and you will be safe from charges of profiting off genocide
you remind me of people who join a community of any kind and constantly carp about how the people in charge aren't doing things right - instead of volunteering to fix what you can yourself.
tell me - what do you know about nattokinase and serrapeptase and aspirin ?
viral reservoirs in clots ?
how many of those whom you know, about whom you are concerned, have you helped to start the FLCCC protocols, which are available for free?
in other words, what are you doing to make things better, versus complaining about and trying to argue with people who are actually making things better ?
Conway judge...I live 10 minutes from a town called conway that I adore. Luckily I have tremendous drs that have helped me and most appointments and treatments have been at little to no cost...but the supplements I take add up, the strict organic diet adds up etc...my blood was studied by Dr Patterson and Dr yo in a worldwide study of long covid comparing it to some other viruses and mecfs...it has similarities. Months later the spike protein still pops up in my scans and they think hidden reservoirs might be the issue. I am not as bad as others but only because I treated soooo early and knew drs. Ivm once a week with h1h2 suppressors, low histamine diet with supplements at specific times has allowed me a life but scaled way down. I have no tolerance for non believers in long covid. I hope they get it so they believe ppl. I don't feel bad for saying that either...once a compassionate person I am now fighting for my survival...i see non believers as"in my way" to survive. Peace from coastal south carolina
I had never heard of CFS/ME as an army medic and I suppose back then I would have assumed people were just being lazy. Malingering.
But when it happened to me, I suppose it was undeniable that it was real. Not just for myself to acknowledge it. But for everyone who knew me because I was the epitome of harder, faster and one step further than the rest. No one I knew my doctor's included would ever suggest I was just faking it so fortunately I was not hushed. But I was lucky. Many others for many years were told it was anxiety. Hysteria. All in their heads.
I have seen and followed Dr Patterson for some time now and am very interested in his cytokine mapping.
Like you, I eat a very organic diet. Not quite Paleo or keto but almost. Although personally I gave up on the supplements as they cost money I don't really have. And stress including financial stress are triggers for flare ups.
My management for the condition is multifaceted.
Diet. Herbs and spices (anti-inflammatory and antioxidants)
Pacing with some gentle movement (Tai chi)
Mindfulness and visualization techniques to minimize stress.
And otherwise is mostly a preventative approach. As in finding ways to avoid other triggers. Such as chemical toxins, extreme temperatures and or overworking.
It's not perfect and I still have the occasional bad day. But by doing all those things well. I can function fairly well at least for a few hours a day. If I eat junk food though I can barely get an hour of energy the following days. And if I over exercise or do too much activity it can last week's. And if yours is anything like mine. The brain fog and anxiety becomes incessant and horrible. So I do what I can to avoid it like the plague.
Personally. I still think these are mitochondrial illnesses or damage to mitochondrial DNA at the root. And I don't know how that can be cured. But I am happy to entertain various other theories as to what else could be the culprit. Because it might be mast cells or other immune processes.
I just think mitochondrial mutagenesis is observable and underpins most of this class of illness.
Including chronic Lyme. Gulf war syndrome. CIRS. Long covid. Vaccine injury. Fibromyalgia. CFS/ME and even some of the floxed a side effect of ciprofloxacin antibiotics etcetera
Have you tried hyperbaric oxygen chamber yet? Near infared with the methylene blue? I am going to do 6 rounds of hbot..I wish I could buy one. Exercise absolutely destroys any gains I may make, sometimes for weeks..it's so sad. Have a good weekend
I think you need to examine the doctors who you have visited. If you aren’t unhealthy they don’t make money. It’s time we take them down off their thrown. Thanks for the reply. I’m still waiting for Dr. Lawrie to respond.
My understanding is that the term encompasses the ongoing deleterious effects of whatever it is that has been unleashed. Some people experience worse effects than others. Nature, including our physiology, is regenerative. Always. If we give her half a chance. By understanding the pathophysiology happening in our bodies we hope to set the stage for Nature to heal us. Individually and collectively. But that's just my take on it. I would love to hear yours.
I'm with you 100%, Carol, on the miraculous ability of our bodies to regenerate -- if we know enough about how to help them do so.
I have had no satisfactory answer to the question I've asked from the beginning: What are the symptoms that distinguish "COV!D" from other respiratory infection symptoms stemming from either a cold virus or a flu virus? If someone could tell me that, then believing that the thing no one can seem to define has "long" symptoms/after effects might come easier to me.
Is "long" "COV!D" similar to "walking pneumonia" or the long-term after effects of a bout of pneumonia? One of my brothers (deceased) had a very serious bout of pneumonia. It took him a very looooooong time to fully recover -- months as I recall. So again, what makes "COV!D" different in this regard?
the spike protein, which was genetically engineered into a common cold-type (corona) virus, causes clots and the clots provide a safe haven for the virus to hold out and continue to produce spike protein which causes more clots. that's why my long covid got a little better, I went back to work, and eventually it took over and I got ME/CFS and had to stop working.
that's long covid. it's absent in people who got early treatment (which was suppressed by the Bad People). Early treatment keeps the viral load low, so the virus is eliminated by the body. In a certain small percentage of people who are allergic to the spike protein, if the viral load goes high enough, and they are unlucky enough to go to a hospital, the treatment will kill them.
I had a really bad case, got no treatment, was sick as a dog for 2 months from MArch to April 2020, and never went to the hospital, my blood oxygen went really low, and I have stayed sorta sick for 2 years and then started to get weaker and weaker.
it causes problems with lung function, and the effect overall is similar in some ways to a true pneumonia although the mechanism is different. Regular pneumonia is fluid in the lungs interfering with gas exchange, COVID pneumonia is an allergic reaction to the spike protein that interferes with gas exchange in the alveoli, the smallest air sacs in the lungs.
this also causes circulatory restriction at the capillary level, in every system in the body. that part is different from regular pneumonia, which stays in the lungs. so LC people have symptoms al over the body, not just in the lungs.
Did you read Dr. Lawrie's article above? The answer to your question is there.
¨Dr Tina Peers is a Consultant in Contraception and Reproductive health, with a special interest in menopause, and more recently in MCAS and histamine intolerance. During Covid, Tina became an authority in treating long Covid, and opened a long Covid clinic in November 2020. She has also contributed to developing the FLCCC protocols that have helped countless people around the world prevent, treat and recover from Covid-19.
In our conversation, Dr Peers explains what MCAS is and why it leads to so many conditions that medicine struggles to treat. She shares her personal story about how she became an expert on MCAS, and how she saw very early on that it had serious implications for long Covid. Today, she is also treating people injured from the Covid-19 vaccines – and has some truly uplifting success stories on this that are a tonic to hear.
Dr Peers also offers clear, practical guidelines on things we can all do to help the body detox from the damaging effects of spike protein – whether that’s from Covid or the Covid-19 vaccines. It’s a conversation that’s uplifting, informative and healing. I hope you can tune in, this Sunday.¨
¨Up to 80% of patients experience prolonged illness after COVID-19, characterized by prolonged malaise, headaches, generalized fatigue, sleep difficulties, hair loss, smell disorder, decreased appetite, painful joints, dyspnea, chest pain and cognitive dysfunction. Long COVID may persist for months after acute infection, and it is likely that patients who did not receive adequate treatment during the symptomatic phase are much more likely to develop long COVID. Treatment should be individualized to clinical signs and symptoms.¨ https://covid19criticalcare.com/treatment-protocols/i-recover-long-covid-treatment/?utm_source=substack&utm_medium=email
Eighty percent? Eighty percent experience prolonged illness? I'm not seeing that anywhere and don't know a single person who got "COV!D" and had serious illness, but that's just my experience.
For severe cases of MCAS people can carry an EpiPen for reassurance. MCAS, isn't idiopathic though. That's just a word used by medicine when they don't have answers. There are causes. One of my clients couldn't eat anything except mangoes. She developed MCAS and Ehlers Danlos syndrome after a DTP vaccine. Yes, all vaccines have a ton of shit in them. Now she can eat potatoes, onions, salads, green beans, tomatoes, dates, apples (not yet bananas and not yet spinach). She is healing slowly. She removed the troublemaker foods. She is healing her nervous system with foods and supplements. She goes slow on some of the herbals but she is now upping her dosages without any reactions. In the beginning she couldn't even take a drop of lemonbalm without flaring. Now she eats more varied foods. In most MCAS patients they test, they find EBV.
Interesting post. I sometimes get the feeling that psychology has gone down the path that philosophy took centuries earlier.
Had Oedipus T. been written some 2500 years later than it was, we would have had to wonder that the hero was as vigorous as a man can be and that it was not trauma that brought him to his pass.
For our white blood cells, chemical perfumes (colognes, fabric softeners, plugins, air fresheners) are invaders that our little white soldier lymphocytes will grab onto in an attempt to neutralise them as they enter our blood stream, and in doing so, those blood cells die. They sacrifice themselves to protect us every time we spray on a squirt of Dior, Guerlain, Boot's cologne. We spray ourselves every day with these toxins, willingly. And we pay money to do so. Our lymphocytes die and our immune system is a little bit weakened. And we do this every single day. It's out and out chemical warfare on our bodies. (I'm not talking about natural perfumes, or essential oils, even though many so-called natural perfumes do contain chemical solvants). I react to chemical perfumes. The reason is that my nervous system got sick from the Epstein Barr virus which flared up in 2016. Epstein Barr, or EBV is another silent invader that should not be there, but is. We all carry it and it can, if activated, compromise our health (70 different strains, some mild, some virulent). Sometimes people have no symptoms, some mild, others have debiliating symptoms from EBV, if the virus comes out of dormancy. Ebv is the cause of many inflammatory and autoimmune conditions (POTS, Ehlers Danlos, Addisons, RA, Lupus, MS, hashimotos, Grave's disease, MCAS, ME/Encephalitis, Cushing's Syndrome. And more. ). One day, this information will become mainstream. But right now, the man and woman in the street doesn't know the link between these so-called "auto-immune" diseases, degenerative illnesses, modern cancers and EBV. The viral link. These diseases that are gaining on the world's population in exponentially, are caused by daily domestic and industrial chemical warfare, DDT that still circulates, heavy metals, radiation (ionizing and EMF) sucking out our energy, and a silent viral explosion, and now, to add insult to injury - some very harmful new medical treatments. No surprises then that more and more people are presenting symptoms from an early age. In the case of MCAS, it's not the foods that are the problem. Many of the high histamine foods are healing. But for someone with MCAS, the body has become too inflamed and toxic and overeactive to deal with them because their body houses viruses spitting out neurotoxic waste. Taking those foods out until the nervous system heals and then bringing them back very gradually is possible. But it can be a long process. Above all we should be taking out the foods that feed the viruses (eggs, gluten, dairy, soy, pork, canola oil).
Thanks for all these warnings. I was never given to chemical sanitizers of skin, fabric or whatever. I just run when I smell perfumes. Used to think that I was overdoing it but it must have been by instinct Good to know.
In response to the trauma hypothesis put forward, these diseases are modern, dating from the 1920s when they were seeded, emerging crescendo with a marked increase from the 1940s (unlabelled neurological conditions including anxiety, dizziness, depression, tremors, migraines, muscle weakness), and an explosion of these now labelled diseases (POTS, MCAD, ME, Ehlers Danlos). If the trauma theory were true, then humans would have suffered from these conditions since humanity walked the Earth because trauma has always been a part of the human experience. Biologically, emotionally and spiritually, and by design, humans are equipped to experience some degreee of trauma, as part of their soul journey. It is true that emotional trauma, as well as physical, lowers the immune system, predisposing people to opportunistic infections, and in severe cases can burn out neurones through a literal overheating of the brain and central nervous system. However, the body is also equipped, by design, to restore those neurones and to recover. It was not so well equipped to handle the constant onslaught of manmade viruses, DDT, heavy metals and radiation. The Epstein Barr virus, which was tampered with in a lab, just like all the herpetic viruses therafter released into the population, is an opportunistic, alpha virus and it can read the biomarkers of stress and a lowered immune system, which is a trigger for its activation. So emotional and physical trauma can open the door to a proliferation of viral activity. Indeed many people who fall sick with these neurological /immunological conditions do so after an emotional story, a hardship, a break up, financial stress, and even puberty, or pregnancy. These are viral conditions. Inflammation is a natural response to physical injury and even severe emotional injury (brain inflammation); chronic inflammation is viral or pathogenic whereby these now omnipresent viruses feed off certain foods, heavy metals, hormones, pharmaceuticals, environmental toxins and other substances. Ebv also competes with covid and the flu, worsening the effects of these viruses, exacerbating long covid. And we will see that it is about to get a lot worse in the younger generations if we don't wake up to what the true causes of these diseases are.
I was diagnosed with MCAS, specifically cutaneous mastocytosis, in 2017, by a dermatologist who had had one case as a resident years earlier. I found a number of herbs to be helpful, none of the suggested pHarma meds helped.
I finally got complete relief with neuro cognitive retraining. I used DNRS, or Dynamic Neuro Retraining System https://retrainingthebrain.com/
IBS, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue are also symptoms of childhood trauma. The Autonomic Nervous System which is responsible for the fight, flight and freeze response (all survival strategies to trauma) becomes chronically dsyregulated due to this trauma and this leads to chronic inflammation which is the root cause of all chronic health problems including the ones mentioned above. For example, in someone with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome the person’s nervous system is mainly stuck in the Freeze response where the energy is conserved for survival.
Julia, thank you for this post. What you have written up is so new to me that I would like to ask you a question. In what field of inquiry has the theory of Chronic Fatigue Syndrom due to childhood trauma been developed? In psychology? In the physiology of the human organism? In the behavioral sciences at large? Has it meanwhile been adopted into to different fields? Would you know of someone who has written convincingly yet critically on the subject? Hope you do not mind my being so inquisitive but it so intrigues me.
Yeah as someone with CFS/ME it's hard not to take some offense to this type of comment. My childhood wasn't abusive, traumatic or crazy as far as I can tell. My parents are both lovely. It seems like a leap or catch all hypothesis.
Hi Conway, sorry to hear you’ve taken offence to my post ...and sorry to hear you have CFS. I too had CFS and lost 20 years of my life to it. It’s only recently that I’m getting my health back due to researching and working on my trauma. I found Somatic Experiencing (trauma therapy) to be the most effective modality, so much so that I trained in it. Just for clarity trauma can include fetal, birth, being born premature, attachment trauma, developmental trauma, early surgeries or dental work etc, then there are adult traumas too, so it is a complex issue. Also, I am not blaming the parents as it is well known that trauma is passed down the generations. You might want to check out my reply to Tsipora which includes lots of info /resources.
Hi Julia. Although I do not doubt SOME cases might be precipitated by emotional trauma especially for prolonged periods. The idea that trauma could be a playground incident, epigenetic memories that run through generations, a scary encounter somewhere unfamiliar or a bad dental experience means very few can say they haven't experienced this. Everyone has some kind of trial in their life they grew and learned from.
I just think it is dangerous to assume all cases are thus linked to this "catch all" hypothesis. Because think of all the cases where this trauma has been experienced and then doesn't result in CFS. That is essentially the majority of the healthy population. Which is much larger than the CFS population.
Your right that we all experience trauma but we don’t all end up traumatised. Again this depends on many variables and is manifested in many different symptoms (it’s complex). Dr Stephen Porges of The Polyvagal Theory says we are a traumatised species (obviously on a spectrum). You only have to look at the chaos / dysfunction going on in the world to see this is the case - not just political, covid etc but addictions (which are all ways to numb pain) including drugs, alcohol, smoking, food, internet, sex, work, shopping and chronic health, mental health and suicide rates are increasing. Also I’m not assuming - my initial comment is based on published studies, articles, papers and books by experts in the fields of trauma and neuroscience. The Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE) Study is worth checking out.
Hi Tsipora, there is lots of information out there on the link between chronic health/mental health and trauma. The most significant is a large study called The Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE) Study. There are also many world experts on trauma who have written books including Dr Bessel van der Kolk - The Body Keeps the Score, Dr Gabor Mate - The Body Says No, Robin Karr-Morse - Scared Sick. Dr Veronique Mead also has a blog chronic illness trauma trauma studies.com. There is also the field of multi generational and collective trauma, Rachel Yehuda PhD who is a Professor of Psychiatry and Professor of Neuroscience in Trauma who has written many papers in this topic. Hope these are helpful.
These diseases are modern, dating from the 1920s when they were seeded. And emerging crescendo with an explosion occuring now. If your theory were true, then humans would have suffered from these conditions since humanity walked the Earth because trauma has always been a part of the human experience. Biologically, and by design, humans are equipped to experience trauma, as part of their soul journey. It is true that emotional trauma, as well as physical, lowers the immune system, and in severe cases can burn out neurones through a literal overheating of the brain and central nervous system. Thank you, this makes a lot of sense to me and the way my life has carried on. But what do you mean by "seeded"? Artificial? Exploited by the health industry?
I have for a long time assumed that, apart from being a bit nasty sometimes, emotional trauma is a fountain of creativity.
It made sense to me too Tsipora to find out that my immune system is not faulty, that it's doing its job marvellously well, but that it's an ongoing battle against low-grade viral presence and the other troublemakers. When I say seeded, I mean that the virus was isolated and then used in lab experiments in which scientists sought to find the best ways to cultivate viruses. There was an evil intestion, yes. Biowarfare. Bioweaponry. We know about the chemical weapons used already in 1915 when chlorine gas was sprayed from canisters onto the Allies. We have heard about Agent Orange -the deadly herbicide, and napalm, invented in the 40s. Biowarfare using pathogens was underway before and during the first world war. Using viruses and bacteria as weapons is something that has been used since then to weaken the population. Epstein Barr is one of the human herpes virus family included in this experimentation. There is also a correlation between vaccine programmes and chronic illness. One can therefore ask the question, how did the Epstein Barr virus initially get delivered into the world population. I agree with you that that emotional trauma gives rise to breakthroughs in creativity and can deepen spiritual growth. It is my belief that emotional hardships or challenges can be the soul's gold, part of the school of life on Earth.
Thanks again, this time for the perspective. So-called Covid has had some forerunners. I have moved mainly with my back to the health sector, both physically, being rather sturdy, and academically, being interested in (old) literature.
The soul's gold indeed!!! Would not a lot of people be a lot happier if they could view their pain that way? As a necessary ingredient for a richer life? So much richer than the speckless, spotless, painless trail? I keep wondering at what point suffering went out of fashion.
Hi Geni, just because these illnesses were labelled more recently doesn’t mean they didn’t exist, they may have been labelled as something different or not recognised. There is plenty of research out there to prove the link between early trauma and CFS etc. See my reply to Tsipora with more details of studies, papers and books written by experts in the field. Obviously other factors like diet, lifestyle, addictions (which are also connected to early trauma) will exacerbate chronic health issues as well as toxins, bacteria, viruses and vaccines.
Trauma can and does of course have impact on our physiology. But these diseases, including CFS, need to be approached above all by getting the viral load down and the toxins out. Which does not preclude doing emotional and energetic healing. On the contrary. If i were to suggest to my clients that they would get their health back solely through trauma healing, i would be missing the main piece. These are most definitely modern diseases. Maybe they did exist in Atlantis or Mu, those ancient civilisations that came to an end because of greed and technology. Maybe they also poisoned themselves. I agree with you that trauma is/can be inherited and can
Interestingly I see it differently regarding the viral load based on my own experience of healing from CFS and working with clients as a trauma therapist (Somatic Experiencing Practitioner SEP). Dr Peter Levine, founder of Somatic Experiencing and a world expert on trauma has successfully treated 1000’s of people with CFS and has an online program with Sounds True especially for this and Fibromyalgia and chronic pain. Also Dr Aimie Apigan, Biology of Trauma - was a surgeon, medical doctor and now a functional medicine doctor and SE practitioner who says you need to heal your trauma /regulate your nervous system (NS) before working on specific biological (viruses etc) issues as they won’t heal when you have underlying dysregulation of the NS. This is because the NS regulates our cardiovascular, immune, digestive, endocrine and respiratory systems.
The emotional piece is always to be addressed in healing. Maybe both approaches are true. I have worked with many people with CFS and who are healing by reducing their viral load and they do this by adjusting their diet to an anti-viral and anti-inflammatory diet, and bringing in certain supplements, : this means eating living foods (fruit, leafy greens, wild foods and living water) which can shift trauma all by itself by cleaning out emotional as well as physical toxins from the liver. Living food has a frequency that dead food doesn't. A person suffering from CFS has not necessarily experienced exceptional trauma.
Thanks again, Dr. Tess. Little-known information such as your provide here is really inestimable in its value to everyone and especially to the 17% whom you note. I particularly would like help for two bandmates who took double-shots in order to travel for their livelihood. Do you recommend Protocols other than those offered by our friends in the FLCCC>
How does one get tested for Mast Cell Activation Syndrome? What test should I ask for? I wouldn’t be surprised if I have this. Have not had Covid to my knowledge.
Is there a link to the interview?
It’ll be posted here on Sunday.
You lost me at looooong Covid. Your profession has lost all credibility.
Thanks for the comment Dexter, for your time to write that response.
I replied yesterday, perhaps you have missed my comment.

Hey Mike, what whould you consider as proof?
My picture should be proof enough. I’m living it in month 10 now. And guess what caused it?!?! The vaX bc I’ve never had the virus. Fun stuff
Thank you
👊🤜🤛💙❤️
Or mandated it to keeping their jobs.
Mike Huggins is a troll. https://michaelhuggins50.substack.com/p/dr-tess-fearporn-lawries-post-today
And you are a liar. If you would have trolled back you would have discovered I’ve been in the war since March 2, 2020. Do your homework before you call someone a troll. Trolls don’t challenge doctors to a debate.
If you think he's a troll, you really don't know what a troll is.
Not uncommon amongst those with diminished mental capacity.
Sure seems like it.
I hope this helps.
https://michaelhuggins50.substack.com/p/dr-lawrie-responds?sd=pf
Go to the FLCCC website and look at their protocols. They have one for recovery from vaccines and CV19.
Interesting. Thanks.

I think that the distinction between catching a virus or getting injected with an mRNA agent are HUGE!
True enough. But the difference between a hypodermic delivery vs a viral delivery of spike protein into the human body — as evidenced by the thrombotic, cardiovascular, neurological sequelae left in the wake of each over the past 3 years — may not be so huge. And that was my point.
I must disagree.
I understand.
Curious comment. What makes long covid such a crazy idea?
What is "long" "COVID"?
"what makes "COV!D" different ...?"
the spike protein, which was genetically engineered into a common cold-type (corona) virus, causes clots and the clots provide a safe haven for the virus to hold out and continue to produce spike protein which causes more clots. that's why my long covid got a little better, I went back to work, and eventually it took over and I got ME/CFS and had to stop working.
that's long covid. it's absent in people who got early treatment (which was suppressed by the Bad People).
Regular pneumonia is fluid in the lungs interfering with gas exchange, COVID pneumonia is an allergic reaction to the spike protein that interferes with gas exchange in the alveoli, the smallest air sacs in the lungs.
this also causes circulatory restriction at the capillary level, in every system in the body. that part is different from regular pneumonia, which stays in the lungs. so LC people have symptoms al over the body, not just in the lungs.
same overall result, different mechanism.
Pretty sure that pneumonia is a bacterial infection, but yes; who's had a flu that lasted more than a few weeks?
Thank you, Mario.
At one time I was down to boiled chicken and green beans. Literally.
Does anyone know if MCAS is or could be childhood vaccine related or caused? Is there any knowledge or research for or against that idea?
I know of others who've had success with Gupta training https://www.guptaprogram.com/
Wishing you well on your healing journey.
Hi Conway,
Your right that we all experience trauma but we don’t all end up traumatised.
Thank you for your reply. I copied it to a file for easy reference.
These diseases are modern, dating from the 1920s when they were seeded. And emerging crescendo with an explosion occuring now.
I agree with you that trauma is/can be inherited and can
weaken the nervous system and the immune system.
Thank you Drs Tess Lawrie and Dr Tina Peers. Tess for your tireless efforts at the coalface to find ways to break through from madness to the light.
This is someone who healed from MCAD. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pLypvfUliJk
Because it has no end. It allows THEM an avenue a pathway to keep this going until they fulfill their goals.

It's still fraud; all of it
Thanks again, Dr. Tess. Little-known information such as your provide here is really inestimable in its value to everyone and especially to the 17% whom you note. How does one get tested for Mast Cell Activation Syndrome? What test should I ask for? I wouldn’t be surprised if I have this. Have not had Covid to my knowledge.
I’d like to hear Dr. Lawrie answer that.
