I urge you to watch this, for two key reasons.
The first, is that Kim’s understanding of the flaws in our drug safety processes runs deep — even if you think you know about this already, chances are Kim is going to fill in a few gaps.
The second, is that this is a personal account that moves the heart in the best way. Kim is deep, thoughtful and full of compassion. She describes how she turned her grief into a drive to ensure no family would ever have to go through what she and her family had.
Her mission has been part of her healing - and it is part of ours, too.
