If a person has hantavirus pulmonary infection, has the COVID19 vaccination and develops an apparent adverse effect then Pfizer quite rightly need to know about the infection, why? Because the coexisting infection could be the cause of the adverse effect and needs to ruled out/ruled in. It’s no different to a person developing Guillain Barre Syndrome a few days following any vaccination, the manufacturers need to know whether GBS was precipitated by the vaccine or whether there’s another potential cause like campylobacter infection some 14 days prior to the onset of GBS.

I am quite concerned that "there are currently no treatments available for Hantavirus" or something similar listed in all the official places.
Perhaps there aren't any silver bullets but as with covid various combinations of existing drugs may prove helpful.
The modus operandi seems to be: say there are no treatments except (mRNA?) vaccines, and then stigmatize anyone trying to find one.
